Cascade Pass was one of our favorite hikes from our road trip. Cascade Pass is located in the North Cascades National Park in Washington state. We ended up hiking about 18 miles with all of our photo gear that day. There were waterfalls everywhere throughout the hike and this photo was the final view once we arrived at the top.

Dad and I went on a ten week kayak and photography tour after I graduated from Warren Wilson College in 2007. We planned and prepped for the trip for over a year. We focused on visiting National and State Parks west of Colorado. Photography and outdoor activities were the main drive of the trip. Wonderful experience!
