I met this parrot on Farmers Cay during the First Friday in February Farmers Cay Festival, the Five Fs. Farmers Cay has a local population of 55 residents. Then they through a big party and everyone comes down. They host a C Class Regatta and provide lots of great music and fun. We had a blast and ended up racing/crewing on one of the C Class boats. So much fun!

My second big trip aboard my sailboat Arcturus was the winter of 2011-2012. I traveled from NC to the Bahamas and back for about four months. Dad, Jimmy James, Mike and I brought the boat down from NC to Ft. Lauderdale. Mark joined me from Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau, through the Berry Islands. I was by myself through the Exumas for about six weeks before meeting up with Bill Owens in Georgetown. Dad joined me on the return run up the east coast of the US. Met some wonderful friends and had an incredible time for my first time out of the country onboard Arcturus.
